LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT | GURGAON

I’m looking for someone to work closely with me and help me manage the moving parts of my life.

I work in the wedding and events space, so my days are rarely predictable. There are meetings, travel, calls, last-minute changes, endless follow-ups, personal errands and about a hundred small things that need to get done at any given time.

I’m looking for someone who can help bring some structure to all of that.

The role would involve things like managing my calendar and appointments, organising travel, making bookings, coordinating with people and vendors, handling errands and deliveries, following up on things, researching and figuring things out, and generally making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

But more than experience, I’m looking for the right person.

Someone who is

- Extremely organised
- Sharp and quick to understand things
- Resourceful and good at figuring things out independently




- Comfortable following up and getting things done
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Good with people and communication
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Comfortable with a quick-moving, sometimes unpredictable work environment

You don’t need to have done every one of these things before. What matters more to me is how you think, how you work and how much ownership you take.

I’m open to different levels of experience and backgrounds. Experience in the wedding, events or creative industry would be a plus, but isn’t essential.

LOCATION: Gurgaon | Hybrid

CTC: ₹3–5 LAKHS PER ANNUM
