Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Build funnels for awareness, lead generation, and conversions

- Handle audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies

- Manage ad budgets efficiently with a growth-first mindset

- Build and execute social media strategy for Crazi Studio and client brands

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools

- Identify growth opportunities across organic and paid channels

- Stay updated with evolving social media algorithms and ad platform changes

- Create engaging, scroll-stopping content ideas aligned with brand identity

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in social media management + performance marketing

- Strong hands-on experience of at least 3 years in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Understanding of funnels, conversions, and digital customer journeys

- Strong creative thinking

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative setting

- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
