Role Description This is a full time Performance Marketing role based in South Delhi with a remote work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, setting up and managing ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights.

The individual will collaborate with the content, design,



and account management teams to align creative assets and messaging with campaign goals. The role also includes A/B testing, budget management, and ongoing refinement of marketing strategies to improve results and support client growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and design data-driven performance campaigns.
- Foundational understanding of Sales and conversion funnels to translate marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), campaign optimization, and performance analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data, build clear reports, and make actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace with hybrid work expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies in the Delhi NCR region is an advantage.
