Role Description This is a part-time, remote Performance Marketing Specialist role focused on driving online growth and brand visibility. The position involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social media, and display.

Daily responsibilities include managing ad budgets, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and preparing concise reports with actionable insights. The specialist will collaborate with creative and content teams to test new messaging, audiences, and formats,



and will continuously refine strategies to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics dashboards).
- Experience in campaign planning, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization for digital channels.
- Ability to interpret metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with design and content teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Comfort with work from home, time management, and part-time scheduling.
- Relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Curiosity about Indian art, culture, and design, and an interest in storytelling through data-informed campaigns.
