Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Content Specialist who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns while also supporting the planning and execution of organic content across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience , strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of how paid media, content, creative, and conversion strategy work together to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads & Tiktok will be an advantage.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and ongoing optimisation.
- Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience , competitor, keyword, and campaign research.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.




- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations.
- Work with landing pages, tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM and conversion events.

Content & Organic Marketing

- Develop content plans for social media and other digital channels.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Write and/or coordinate: Social media posts, Ad copy, Website/landing page copy, Blogs and articles and Email marketing content
- Work with designers/video editors to develop engaging static and video creatives.
- Research competitors, industry trends, content ideas, hooks, and topics.
- Manage organic social media publishing and ensure consistency across channels.
- Understand how to repurpose content across different platforms.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing both paid and organic digital marketing activities.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions based on performance.
- Good copywriting and content planning skills.
- Understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Experience working with landing pages and CRO is preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple campaigns/tasks simultaneously.
- Agency or multi-client experience will be highly regarded.

Working Hours: This role requires the candidate to be comfortable working in Australian time zones and collaborating with an Australian-based team and clients.

The candidate should be available for meetings, communication, and campaign-related activities during agreed Australian business hours.
