Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing campaign strategies, conducting market and audience analysis, managing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data to improve ROI.

The role involves close collaboration with the creative and account management teams to align messaging, targeting, and budgets with client objectives. This is a full-time,



in office role located in Ahmedabad, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective performance campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams and present campaign insights.
- Understanding of Sales and conversion funnels to link marketing efforts with business outcomes.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and performance tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign data and using it to drive optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
