We are looking for an experienced

Performance Marketing Lead to own the complete paid acquisition strategy across web and app platforms. The role is responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), optimizing campaign performance, and identifying scalable growth opportunities across digital channels.

- Own and manage end-to-end paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app marketing platforms.

- Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and Meta campaigns.

- Manage marketing budgets while achieving revenue, ROAS, and CAC targets.

- Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and campaign structures.

- Identify, validate, and scale new acquisition channels, including affiliate and partnership marketing.

- Collaborate with Merchandising and Category teams to improve landing pages, product pages, and campaign profitability.

- Monitor attribution models, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance using analytics tools.

- Drive data-backed decisions to improve campaign efficiency and business growth.

- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for leadership.





Requirements

- 7+ years of experience managing Performance Marketing for E-commerce, Marketplace, Platform businesses, or Digital Marketing Agencies.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Performance Max, Shopping Campaigns, and Meta Ads Manager.

- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and digital marketing analytics.

- Proven track record of scaling paid marketing budgets while maintaining or improving ROI.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.xperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign reporting tools.
