The role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run and scale paid campaigns for our client portfolio across Google, Meta and LinkedIn. You will own campaigns from setup to reporting and will be measured on CPL, CPA, ROAS and lead quality, not on clicks and impressions.

What you will do

Plan, launch and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (lead generation, conversions, catalogue) across 4 to 6 client accounts

Run LinkedIn Ads for B2B clients when required

Build account structure, audiences, bidding and budget pacing, and check every live account daily

Set up and audit conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Write ad copy, brief the design team on creatives and run weekly creative and audience tests

Recommend landing page changes and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates

Share a weekly performance update and a monthly client report in Looker Studio, with clear next steps

Work with client sales teams on lead quality and feed what you learn back into targeting

What you need (mandatory)





2 to 4 years of hands-on paid media experience at a digital marketing agency, handling multiple client accounts

Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Experience managing monthly ad spends of INR 5 lakh or more across accounts

Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API; able to fix a broken conversion event yourself

Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and Looker Studio

Good ad copywriting and clear written English

Positive to have

Google Ads and Meta certifications

Experience with both lead generation and e-commerce (Shopify) accounts

International ad accounts (US, UK, UAE, Europe or Australia)

LinkedIn Ads for B2B

Use of AI tools for ad copy, creative testing and reporting

Working days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
