We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with expertise in JMeter and Dynatrace to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and monitoring, with a passion for optimizing application performance. You will play a key role in ensuring our applications meet high-performance standards and deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute performance tests using JMeter to ensure application scalability and reliability.
- Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define performance criteria and testing strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and report performance issues, making recommendations for improvements.
- Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.




- Continuously research and implement best practices for performance testing and monitoring.

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in performance engineering with a strong focus on JMeter and Dynatrace.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Groovy, or Python for test automation.
- Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and integration of performance testing in DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and logs to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
