Performance Marketer — Meta Ads

Salary: 35k–50k/month + performace incentives

We’re looking for a confident Performance Marketer to grow our D2C brand through Meta ads. This is a fun, hands-on opportunity to test creative ideas, work with a collaborative team, and see the direct impact of your campaigns.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Manage budgets, audiences, retargeting, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test ads, messaging, and formats.
- Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, then share clear recommendations.

Required experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for D2C brands .
- A solid understanding of the D2C business model, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and unit economics.
- A track record of improving campaign performance.

Skills
- Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Data analysis and confident, data-backed decision-making.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Charismatic communication and a team-player mindset.
