Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves planning and executing performance marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, social media advertising, display, and remarketing.

Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align campaigns with brand goals, refine audience targeting, and ensure a consistent brand message. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new performance marketing tools and platforms.

- Experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing within the health, wellness, or consumer products sector is an advantage.
