Role Description The PCB Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and repairing printed circuit boards used in EV Nexo Tech’s electronic systems. This full-time, in office role is based in Hosur and involves daily hands-on work with electronic components, soldering, rework, and PCB diagnostics. The technician will follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure boards meet performance, safety, and quality standards.

Typical tasks include performing visual and functional tests, identifying faults, troubleshooting issues,



and coordinating with engineers to implement corrective actions. The role also includes maintaining tools and equipment, documenting test results, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electricity and Electrical Engineering for understanding PCB circuits and components.
- Hands-on experience with Electrical Equipment and Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing or service environment.
- Proficient in Troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults on PCBs and related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience with soldering, PCB assembly, rework, and use of test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and commitment to quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams.
