- Manage payroll processing for India and US entities, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor laws.
- Resolve queries related to payroll management and provide support to HR team on employee advantages-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and salary data using Relyon/Saral Payroll and KEKA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes across different departments.
