We are looking to onboard a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to strengthen our Finance & Operations function. If you have a solid foundation in payments, accounting, and financial processes, this role offers a great opportunity to build and scale your career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payment processing (vendor payments, reimbursements, refunds)
- Perform bank, invoices, and payment reconciliations with accuracy
- Handle discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Maintain financial records and generate payments reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal policies
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, Operations and other Internal teams
- Monitor risks and ensure secure financial transactions

Requirements:





- Basic experience in payments/accounts/finance operations
- Knowledge of UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and payment gateways
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Understanding of GST/TDS is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
