Tenet Diagnostics is looking for a Patient-focused and empathetic Patient Relations Executive (PRE) to provide excellent patient service and ensure a smooth experience throughout the diagnostic journey. The role involves assisting patients with appointments, registration, test-related queries, report collection, billing coordination, feedback, and resolution of service-related concerns.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Life Sciences will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Patient Relations, Customer Care, Front Office, Hospital, Diagnostic Center, Healthcare, or related service industries.
