We’re Hiring | Payroll & HRIS Specialist
We’re looking for a Payroll & HRIS Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join our team and take ownership of payroll and HRIS-related activities.
What you’ll be working on:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy & timely execution
- Handle payroll costing/pricing and related documentation
- Manage and maintain HRIS/payroll systems and employee records
- Review payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, salary changes, deductions, etc.
- Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors
- Support payroll reporting, compliance, and employee queries
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations
- Good understanding of payroll processes and calculations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems
- Valuable Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
US Payroll exposure or experience working with a US-based company is preferred
