Are you the person who has actually implemented and integrated Finastra GPP inside a core banking transformation program? Not managed it from a distance — but rolled up your sleeves and made the payment flows work end to end?

We're looking for a hands-on Payment Integration Analyst to own the design and delivery of payment integrations across RTGS, SWIFT, cross-border, and real-time payment rails. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can independently drive solutioning, documentation, and vendor sign-off — not a purely supervisory seat.

What you'll do:

- Design integrations for RTGS, SWIFT, Cards, and real-time payment systems
- Define REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, and file-based interfaces
- Build source-to-target data mapping and transformation logic
- Author ICDs, API specs, and Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) — and get them signed off
- Ensure clean GL integration: accurate accounting entries, reconciliation, and postings
- Own OAuth2, SSL, and payment-regulation compliance
- Produce end-to-end flow and integration architecture diagrams

What makes you a fit:



✅ Hands-on Finastra GPP implementation/integration experience within a core banking transformation program (this is the one that matters most)

✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial time in core banking transformation/implementation

✅ Solid functional + technical grasp of RTGS, SWIFT, cross-border payments, and ISO 20022 messaging

✅ Proven experience integrating payments platforms via REST/SOAP, MQ, and file-based interfaces (JSON/XML)

✅ Track record of preparing ISDs and securing stakeholder/vendor sign-off

✅ Confident stakeholder management across business, platform/interface, and Solution Architecture teams
