About the Role

Partex AI is looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Specialist with a strong Pharma/Life Sciences background to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be deployed at partner hospitals to manage patient onboarding and data accuracy for our AI-powered healthcare ecosystem, Ontosight Sarathi.

Because you will be working directly with patient records, medical histories, and treatment data, your background in pharmacy or health sciences will be critical to understanding patient details, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting doctors and hospital staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Onboarding & Clinical Registration: Assist patients with digital onboarding, accurately capturing their symptoms, medical history, and demographic details on tablet applications.
- Patient Data Verification & Management: Review, verify, and input complex medical terms, prescriptions, and patient diagnostic data across platform modules to ensure 100% clinical accuracy.
- Hospital Staff Enablement & Support: Educate and assist doctors, nurses, and administrative staff on how to use the Ontosight Sarathi platform during daily OPD and hospital workflows.




- Clinical Usability & Feedback: Gather structured feedback from doctors, patients, and healthcare staff regarding platform usability, prescription parsing, and patient record tracking, sharing key insights with the Partex AI Product Team.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with hospital administrators and department heads to maintain smooth daily operations and uninterrupted application usage.

What We Are Looking For

- Education (Mandatory): Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), M.Pharm, or B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Nursing.

- Key Competencies:
- Solid understanding of medical terminology, drug dosages, patient symptoms, and hospital OPD workflows.
- Comfort with mobile/tablet applications and medical data entry platforms.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus) for effective patient and doctor interaction.
- High accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with sensitive health data.
- Experience: 0-1 years in hospital operations, clinical data management, pharmacy assistance, medical scribing, or healthcare field support. Freshers with a B.Pharm/D.Pharm degree are strongly encouraged to apply!
