- Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans, procedures, and hospital services.

- Explain treatment packages, estimated costs, and payment options clearly.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.

- Assist patients with admission, discharge, and follow-up processes.

- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints in a qualified and empathetic manner.

- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.

- Guide patients on insurance, TPA, and cashless hospitalization procedures.

- Ensure all patient documentation and consent forms are completed accurately.

- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, and post-treatment care.

- Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy.





- Collect patient feedback and coordinate with concerned departments for service improvement.

- Promote hospital health packages and preventive healthcare services when appropriate.

- Coordinate with the billing department for financial counseling and payment-related queries.

- Ensure high patient satisfaction through timely communication and support.

- Perform any other patient care responsibilities assigned by the management.
