Job Role: Patient Care Assistant

Location: Delhi, India (preferably in Dwarka or Saket)

Contract Duration: 3 months

Work Schedule: Part-Time (flexible, based on patient appointments)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support our international patients during their medical journey in India. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring patients receive a seamless and comfortable experience throughout their treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist international patients upon arrival.
- Accompany patients to hospitals, medical appointments, diagnostic tests, and follow-up consultations.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Provide assistance with hospital admissions, discharge procedures, and required documentation.
- Arrange and coordinate local transportation as needed.
- Offer continuous support to patients and their attendants throughout their treatment journey.
- Liaise with doctors, hospital staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Assist patients with language or communication barriers, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits,



appointments, and daily updates.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements

- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- A qualified nurse (BSc Nursing / GNM) with hospital and coordination experience, or
- A non-medical coordinator with strong knowledge of hospital processes, patient flow, billing procedures, and clinical coordination.
- Based in New Delhi or Delhi is needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and service-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel locally within the city as required.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Adaptable availability based on patient schedules.
