The role will focus on platform administration, infrastructure monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring the availability and performance of enterprise monitoring systems.

Overview

L2 SolarWinds Administrator responsible for monitoring, administration, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

- Perform SolarWinds administration and tool maintenance for enterprise monitoring environments.

- Configure and maintain network, server, and device monitoring based on operational requirements.

- Handle node/device onboarding, including monitoring configuration and validation.





- Configure and manage alerts, thresholds, notifications, and escalation rules.

- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring views for infrastructure visibility.

- Monitor system and network performance, availability, and health, and proactively identify issues.

Qualifications

- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
