Role Description The Paediatrician role at Bhrungi Hospitals is a full-time, on-site position based in Ameerpet. The Paediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, growth and development assessments, vaccinations, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, counseling parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition,



and preventive care, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and evidence-based clinical guidelines. The Paediatrician will also participate in quality improvement activities, support emergency pediatric care when needed, and contribute to patient education and community health initiatives.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical qualifications, such as MBBS with MD/DNB in Paediatrics or equivalent, and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in pediatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across different age groups.
- Robust communication and counseling skills for engaging with children, parents, and caregivers in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment and coordinate care with other specialists.
- Commitment to patient-centric care, ethical medical practice, and adherence to clinical safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning, stay updated with current pediatric guidelines, and contribute to clinical best practices.
- Experience in managing pediatric emergencies and inpatient care in a multispeciality or similar hospital setting is an advantage.
