Role Description This is a full time, in office Packaging Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Packaging Graphic

Designer will develop creative concepts and visual designs for rigid boxes, mono cartons, and custom structural packaging aligned with client brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing print-ready artwork, dielines, and mockups, collaborating with production teams to ensure technical accuracy, and working closely with account managers to translate client briefs into effective packaging solutions. The designer will explore materials, finishes, and sustainable design options,



maintain design consistency across product lines, and support continuous improvement of design templates and processes. The role also involves reviewing samples, coordinating with vendors as needed, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in packaging design, including layout, typography, color, and visual branding for rigid boxes and mono cartons.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and prepress tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience creating dielines and print-ready files.
- Understanding of printing processes, specialty finishes (foil stamping, embossing, spot UV), materials, and structural packaging considerations.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, conduct basic design research, and present clear design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills to work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging design principles is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, or a related field, and prior experience in packaging or print design.
