Job Title: Lead Generation Associate

Working hours: 8 PM IST to 5 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to support our sales and recruitment teams. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in business development or marketing within the IT services or consulting domain. Training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

● Research potential clients using LinkedIn, and other platforms.

● Build and maintain a list of qualified leads.

● Assist in outreach activities via LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.

● Update and manage lead information in internal databases or spreadsheets.

● Coordinate with senior team members to understand target industries and clients. ● Support the team with scheduling calls, drafting messages, and reporting.

Requirements:

● Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and email communication.

● Robust written and verbal communication skills.

● Willingness to learn and take initiative.

● Should have own laptop and wifi setup
