Haldiram's is looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead outlet operations, drive business growth, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The incumbent will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading large teams, maintaining service excellence, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring adherence to company standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth functioning across all shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Drive sales performance, maximize profitability, and achieve outlet revenue targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve guest complaints and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, minimize wastage, and ensure optimum stock availability.




- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze business performance through reports and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Restaurant, QSR, Retail, or Hospitality Operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in the role of Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and handling high-volume, large-format high street outlets.
- Robust leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
