We are hiring Outbound Calling Executives for an international voice process, calling customers in the United States as a SDR Marketing Team for the Client.

This is a fully in-office role at our Dwarka, Delhi office.

What you will do

- Make outbound calls to US customers from a provided lead list
- Introduce the offer clearly and find out if the customer is interested
- Book callbacks with our specialist team for interested customers
- Handle questions and objections politely and professionally
- Record every call outcome accurately in our dashboard

What we are looking for
- Excellent spoken English. A clear, US accent is strongly preferred, and US/UK customer exposure is a plus
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with rejection
- 0–2 years of experience in an international BPO, telesales or customer support (freshers with solid communication are welcome)
- Basic computer skills




- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
- Willing to work night shift in US hours

Shift & schedule
- Night shift, Monday to Friday (US business hours)
- Approx. ( 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (shifts by 1 hour when US daylight saving ends in November)
- Weekends off
