Techwurkz is hiring a Post Services Editorial Support Specialist for a leading global streaming and entertainment organization. This role supports creative editors, filmmakers, dailies teams and post-production workflows across Mumbai and APAC.

Position Details

✔ Experience: 5+ Years

✔ Location: Mumbai – BKC

✔ Work Mode: On-site

✔ Regional travel and after-hours support may be required

What You'll Do

✔ Provide editorial and technical support for creative editors and production teams

✔ Facilitate creative, technical, color grade and sound mix reviews

✔ Support dailies, media ingest and post-production workflows

✔ Troubleshoot audio/video, workstation, network and media issues in real time

✔ Perform audio/video calibration and maintain screening/edit-room standards

✔ Configure workstations, wiring, patching and software for production reviews

✔ Validate incoming media and screening assets

✔ Develop SOPs and support workflow automation and training

What We're Looking For

✔ Robust content creation and post-production experience

✔ Knowledge of NLE, Dailies, Dialogue Recording, Picture Finishing & Audio Mastering

✔ Ability to assess media quality, diagnose issues and troubleshoot in real time





✔ Understanding of IP networking, network storage and workstation architecture

✔ Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills

✔ Business proficiency in English
