We are looking for a skilled Outbound Calling Agent to join our team at Objexive, with 9 months-4 years of experience in outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle outbound calls to clients and provide information about products or services.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 9 months of experience in outbound calling or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools is beneficial.
