OTA & Reservations Manager

Kochi | 3–4 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the OTA & Reservations team, including KPIs and performance.
- Develop pricing and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and revenue.
- Manage OTA listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and rate parity.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and booking data to drive decisions.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve property performance and profitability.

Requirements

- 3–4+ years in OTA, Revenue Management, Reservations, Hospitality or Travel.
- Strong knowledge of OTAs, PMS, channel managers and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
