Role Description The OT Nurse Germany role is a full-time, on-site position based in German. The role involves providing professional nursing care in an operation theatre setting aligned with standards required for placement in Germany, including preparing patients and surgical areas, assisting surgeons, and maintaining sterile techniques. The OT Nurse will monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, accurately document clinical information, and follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines.





The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting continuous quality improvement, and participating in training that prepares for international nursing practice and language readiness for Germany.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical nursing skills in perioperative care, patient assessment, and post-operative monitoring.
- 2 years min Hands-on experience or training in operation theatre procedures, including aseptic techniques, instrument handling, and surgical assistance.
- Knowledge of international healthcare standards and willingness to learn German language and regulatory requirements for nursing in Germany.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment, with attention to detail, hygiene, and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and empathetic approach to patients and colleagues.
- Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution; eligibility for professional registration as a nurse.
