Job Title: Organic Social & Community Manager

We are looking for an Organic Social & Community Manager to manage and grow our company’s presence across social media platforms. This role is focused only on organic social media, content planning, community engagement, and brand visibility. It does not involve paid ads or performance marketing.

The person will be responsible for managing our company pages, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, tracking content performance, and helping build a consistent brand voice online.

Responsibilities:

- Manage company social media pages across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and others as needed
- Plan and maintain a regular organic content calendar
- Create post ideas, captions, creatives briefs, and campaign concepts
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, or internal teams for content execution
- Engage with comments, messages, and community conversations
- Monitor trends and suggest relevant content opportunities
- Track organic reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance
- Maintain brand tone,



messaging, and consistency across all platforms
- Support employer branding, company updates, thought leadership, and community-building content

Requirements:

- Experience managing organic social media pages for a brand, company, founder, or agency
- Strong writing skills for captions, posts, and short-form content
- Understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
- Ability to plan content calendars and manage posting schedules
- Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams for content creation
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools is a plus
