Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Order Processor role based in Chandigarh.

The Order

Processor will handle incoming customer and trade orders, verify order details, and ensure accurate entry into the company’s systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing order documentation, coordinating material availability, and supporting order picking activities to meet production and delivery schedules.



The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflow.

The Order

Processor will also monitor order status, update stakeholders, and adhere to quality, safety, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong order handling skills, including Order Processing and Order Picking, with the ability to follow defined procedures.
- Experience in Preparation of order documents, schedules, and records to support effective production and dispatch.
- Competence in Material Handling, ensuring safe and organized movement and storage of products and components.
- High Level Of Accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and verification of order details.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with order management or ERP systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or window and door industry is beneficial.
- Relevant educational background in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
