Role Description The Order Fulfilment Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with warehouse and inventory teams, and ensuring timely packing and dispatch of products. The executive will track orders, update order status in internal systems, and handle basic documentation related to shipping and delivery.

Daily tasks include checking stock availability, preparing pick lists, verifying order details, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure smooth and effective order fulfilment. The role also involves addressing order-related queries, monitoring delivery timelines, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong order processing and coordination skills,



with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience with order management platforms such as Shiprocket and shopify.
- Ability to work with order management of, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Good time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics operations.
- A knowledge of export related logistics is not necessary but an added advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
