Job Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NetSuite Finance System Administrator to join our finance team full-time. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Oracle NetSuite implementation and operations, ensuring system integrity, and supporting the finance team with process optimization, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

In addition to system responsibilities, the role will assist with general accounting tasks as required to support specific add hock and regular financial activities.

This position works closely with the finance and IT teams and reports directly to the Group Financial Controller.

Key Accountabilities

1. System Administration

- Manage user access, roles, and security settings to maintain a secure and efficient financial environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of exchange rates and system configurations.
- Coordinate with finance managers across the group to add, remove,



or modify user access according to their requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of system access, configurations, and change logs.

2. Functional & Technical Support

- Serve as the primary liaison between finance end-users and internal/external technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with finance and IT departments to maintain data accuracy, system integrity, and alignment with company objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document new system requirements or customization requests from the finance team.
- Coordinate with NetSuite support teams, schedule meetings, monitor progress, and perform testing of completed tasks.
- Prepare and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials for all finance-related activities in NetSuite.
- Work closely with the technical team to maintain and enhance the integration process with other software’s

3. System Customization, Testing, and Upgrades

- Support the implementation of system upgrades, new features, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate current functionalities prior to release.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction through enhanced system utilization.
- Work with external vendors or consultants during system changes or new feature rollouts.

4. General Accounting Support

- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations if assigned.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
