- Customer current focus is on Oracle Fusion Security, including security design, role design, and implementation activities.
- Ideally, they would like someone with a strong OCI Security background and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security.
Experience supporting or leading a Redwood migration would be extremely valuable, although we recognize that the talent pool for Redwood is still relatively limited given its relatively recent adoption.
- At a minimum, they are looking for a candidate who has:
- Strong OCI Security experience
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Security implementation experience
- Experience with security role design, provisioning, and governance
- Redwood migration experience as a preferred qualification
Things to look at-
- OCI IAM (Identity & Access Management) - identity domains, IAM policies, dynamic groups, compartment design, least-privilege access models
- OCI Network Security - Security Lists, Network Security Groups, Zero Trust Packet Routing, Network Firewall, WAF,
load balancer/certificate management
- OCI Data Protection - OCI Vault, Key Management (dedicated/external KMS), Data Protected, encryption and data masking
- RBAC Model & Role Design - designs job/abstract/duty/data role hierarchies; extends delivered roles via copy rather than editing seeded roles
- Data Security Policies & Profiles - scopes access by BU, ledger, inventory org, cost centre, etc. across Financials/SCM/HCM/CX as relevant
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) Analysis - Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Advanced Access Controls; designs SoD-clean roles rather than remediating post go-live
