- Robust experiencein Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must

- Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Help Desk, Succession Planning & Talent Review and must have worked as a solution architect in HCM

- Should have expertise in Technical Tool like HDL, BI, OTBI and HCM Extract of Oracle HCM .

- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process

- Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence

- Work with Client Onsiteteams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support.

- Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
