Oracle HCM Cloud Functional - Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, T&L;, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, Workforce modelling

- We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and minimum of 2 end to end implementations.
- Expertise in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules – Core HR, Payroll, Perks, Absence, T&L;, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, Workforce modelling

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Requirements Gathering: Run workshops with Business, Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Conduct CRP sessions with Business users to finalize the business processes.
- Solution Design: Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM modules to address complex business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Configuration and Setup:



Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules according to business requirements..
- Experience in integration of Oracle Fusion with third party applications. Strong understanding in Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, API’s etc
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- User Training: Conduct user training sessions to empower end users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to end users, addressing functional inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Oracle Cloud modules.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
