We are looking for a motivated Optometrist or an Optical Sales Executive to join our growing optical store at Mate Square, Nagpur.
We are looking for someone who is confident in his optometry skills or who enjoys customer interaction, frame/lens recommendations and optical sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform eye examinations and refraction
- Dispense spectacles and contact lenses
- Understand customers' visual needs and recommend suitable lenses and frames
- Explain lens options clearly and confidently
- Handle customers from enquiry through to purchase
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Follow up with customers for orders and collections
- Maintain the optical store and product displays
- Contribute towards monthly sales targets
Requirements
- B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry
- 1–3 years of optical/retail experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Robust interest in optical sales
- Confident in recommending frames and lenses
- Hindi/Marathi communication skills preferred
- Positive, energetic and target-oriented attitude
Salary & Incentives ₹10,000–₹35,000 per month + performance-based sales incentives
Additional incentives available for achieving monthly sales targets.
Higher earning potential for strong performers.
