Where you live quietly shapes a huge part of your life: how you commute, where you spend, which neighbourhood you become part of, how much you pay every month, and eventually where you choose to buy a home. We think AI makes it possible to build an entirely new consumer experience around that relationship, one that becomes more helpful the longer someone stays with Homeie.

Over time, Homeie should help you rent a home, understand your housing history, know what matters around where you live, make every move easier than the last, and eventually help you buy your first home.

We’re hiring Ops Associates to help build Homeie’s operating system in Gurgaon.

This is not a desk-only ops role. You’ll be on the ground with brokers, tenants, societies, and the Homeie team,



figuring out how the rental market actually works and helping us build the playbook from zero.

Your work will sit across broadly these areas (and many more, depending on your creativity :D):

1. Broker Partnerships

You’ll meet brokers in person, visit their offices, onboard them to Homeie, and build trust with them over time.

You’ll figure out what makes brokers share good supply, what blocks them, how they think, how Homeie can become genuinely useful for them, and what we should change in our product for them.

This includes broker visits, onboarding, follow-ups, fun broker events, inventory collection, and helping us build the broker playbook for future cities.

2. Ground Intelligence

You’ll bring real-world feedback back into Homeie.

Why did a tenant reject a home that looked perfect on paper? Why is a broker not sharing positive inventory? Which societies have access issues, parking problems, sunlight concerns, noise risk, or weird rules?

Your insights will directly help improve our product, matching, AI, and operations.
