Operations Officer

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

An Operations Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The role also serves as a designated backup for any one critical operational functions, such as Logistics, Production Planning, MRP (Maximum Retail Price / LMPC) ensuring seamless day to day business continuity especially during absences, peak workloads, or operational disruptions. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient execution and timely delivery of business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Daily Activities related to Production per backlog or allocation

- Activities related to Inspection such as MRP labeling, Quality inspection etc.

- Warehouse management Oracle Pick, Pack, Ship, Stock Check as applicable

- Machine / Line Maintenance with records as applicable (TPM)

- Reports and Management of records

- Additionally Support any one Critical Activity (Ex. Logistics, MBL, RMA, MRP, etc.)

- Deliver Key KPI metrics such as OPD, XLT, DPPM





- Perform mandatory checks and inspections such as MRP labeling

Work Setting

Employees work primarily in an office environment, within a well-ventilated area, and is exposed to moderate noise levels

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently or with limited guidance

- Ability to also work as a good team player coordinating and collaborating with peers and other departments as required.

- Open minded must be able to support business unit / customer with extended hours only if and as necessary

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or better

- At least 2 years of industry experience.
