Role Description The Operations & Supply Chain Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain operations, including coordinating procurement, production schedules, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure timely product availability.

The executive will contribute to demand planning, monitor stock levels, track order fulfillment, and collaborate with production teams to optimize resource utilization. The role involves analyzing operational data, preparing reports, communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in processes,



costs, and service levels. The Operations & Supply Chain Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Strong supply chain operations and production planning skills, with experience coordinating procurement, manufacturing, and distribution activities.
- Proficiency in demand planning and analytical skills to forecast requirements, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, basic ERP or supply chain software, and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida with a hands-on approach to operational issues and process improvement.
