Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across production, supply chain, and distribution. The role includes planning and coordinating manufacturing schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The Operations

Manager will monitor process efficiency, implement improvements, and maintain quality and safety standards. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and finance, managing vendor relationships, tracking key performance metrics,



and supporting the scaling of operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management, including production planning, supply chain coordination, and process optimization.
- Strong skills in inventory management, logistics, and vendor management in a FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use data and metrics for decision-making, including basic proficiency with spreadsheets, ERP tools, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of quality control, compliance, and safety standards relevant to food and nutrition products.
- Effective communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and handle fast-paced operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a health, wellness, or consumer goods brand is preferred but not mandatory.
