Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end booking fulfillment across all active hubs.
- Run hub-level P&L; with weekly reporting, including revenue, cost per booking, and contribution margin.
- Manage partner scheduling and shift planning, including daily rosters, leave, and backup protocols.
- Drive partner utilization to a 70–80% fill rate.
- Handle all operational escalations in real time, including delays, no-shows, and complaints.
- Build and enforce SOPs for every operational workflow.
- Execute the 90-day hub launch playbook for current locations.
