We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong experience in the Travel & Tourism industry to manage day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth execution of customer trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the Operations and Reservation Executives
- Monitor all confirmed bookings and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, transport providers and other travel partners
- Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, confirmations and travel documents
- Handle customer and operational escalations effectively
- Develop and implement operational SOPs and processes
- Monitor service quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with Sales, KAM and Finance teams
- Track pending payments, refunds, cancellations and related issues
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of complete customer trips
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational deadlines are met
Candidate Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Tour & Travel operations
Strong experience in travel operations, reservations and booking management
Valuable knowledge of hotel/vendor coordination
Experience handling customer escalations
Strong team management and coordination skills
Good understanding of cancellations, refunds and payment follow-ups
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
