We are hiring an Operations Leader to manage program operations, delivery governance, process improvement, and customer experience across multiple business units. This role is ideal for professionals who can solve problems, improve workflows, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

This role is open to candidates from IT Services, SaaS, BPO, Consulting, Engineering, or any cross-industry operations background.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day business operations and program governance
- Track SLAs, delivery timelines, customer escalations, and service quality
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce process gaps
- Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and leadership review updates
- Work closely with Delivery, HR, Finance, Tech, and Client-facing teams
- Standardize processes and support transformation initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, manage risks/issues, and ensure compliance
- Lead team performance, coaching, and people management




- Ensure smooth operations across projects and multiple locations.
