Role & responsibilities To lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for plug valves, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, delivery commitments, cost optimization, and operational excellence while maintaining safety and compliance requirements.

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily manufacturing operations of plug valves and related valve products.

- Ensure achievement of production schedules, output targets, and customer delivery commitments.

- Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and plant resources.

- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce cycle time.

- Implement best manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

- Improve plant productivity while reducing manufacturing costs

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and quality systems.

- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to reduce defects and rework.

- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

- Ensure adherence to ISO, API,



ASME, and other applicable standards..

Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

- 10-18 years of experience in Plug Valves manufacturing operations.

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within valve manufacturing,

- Robust understanding of Plug valve manufacturing processes, machining, assembly, testing, and inspection.

- Knowledge of CNC machining, casting, forging, machining operations, and assembly processes.

- Familiarity with API, ASME, ISO, PED, and international valve standards.

- Experience with ERP systems, production planning, and inventory control.

- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools. industrial equipment, pumps, flow control products, or precision engineering industries.

- Strong exposure to plug valves, ball valves,, control valves, or similar engineered products preferred.
