The Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth, efficient and patient-centric functioning of the hospital's day-to-day operations. The role involves coordinating clinical and non-clinical departments, monitoring operational performance, improving systems and processes, and supporting the management in future expansion, recent services, infrastructure development and capacity planning.
The Operations Manager will act as an key link between the hospital management, doctors, nursing team, administrative departments, support services and external agencies.
Pay: ₹1,500.00 per week
