- Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
- Oversee manpower management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, supply chain disruptions, or other operational challenges.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in food processing industry with expertise in ESD (Electrical & Electronics) systems.
- Solid understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring plant performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively through change initiatives such as new product launches or process re-engineering projects.
