Operations Manager — Apex Consulting

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Apex Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day work organized, efficient, and reliable. You’ll coordinate internal processes, support our team, and help ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service.

What you’ll do

- Manage daily operations, schedules, resources, and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate project timelines and handoffs across the team.
- Improve processes for client onboarding, project tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
- Identify delays, resolve operational issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Work with leadership on budgets, vendors, hiring coordination, and team needs.
- Maintain transparent documentation and systems as the company grows.





What we’re looking for
- At least two years of work experience at a digital marketing company.
- A calm, composed approach, especially when handling deadlines, changing priorities, or client concerns.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on details.
- Confidence using project management, spreadsheet, and business software.
