Role Description The Operations Intern (Immediate Joiner) will support day-to-day operational activities for Indlay’s industrial real estate platform in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and verification for property listings, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and helping maintain accurate documentation and records. The intern will support process improvement initiatives, monitor ongoing projects,



and contribute to basic reporting and operational dashboards. This role will also involve general administrative support, task follow-up, and ensuring smooth execution of operational workflows under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

- Practical skills in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry, with an understanding of basic construction or fit-out activities.
- Ability to safely and effectively use Hand Tools for in office tasks and inspections.
- Experience or familiarity with Power Tools and Framing techniques relevant to industrial or commercial spaces.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in operational processes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, documents) and comfort working with online platforms.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and join immediately; prior exposure to real estate, construction, or operations is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in operations, real estate, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
